Brother International Singapore was the first in the industry to offer a 4-hour complimentary express service, reducing the turnaround time from 2 days' to a stretched target of 4 hours. To establish lasting relationships with customers, moving them beyond just a one-off purchase, Brother International also introduced the ‘10Q' service’ to contact customers after 10 days, 10 weeks and 10 months post-purchase to follow up on their experience and gather feedback. Instantaneous remote support is also made available for customers through their ‘LogMe-In’ system, that allows their engineers to resolve customer’s technical issues without being physically present.
